Rick and Jazmin at Warfield asked me to creative direct and design a brand relaunch for F/W '15. Now we're designing bags together and working on an installation to exhibit those bags in the spring.

One day Evan O'Neil and I burned a magazine in a parking lot and decided to start a magazine store.
Thirty Magazines is an independent, international, transient newsstand.
We have selected thirty of our favorite publications from around the world. International perspectives on design, architecture, art, culture, fashion, current affairs, food, and travel are represented. The collection will change over time.
Thirty Magazines will be installed at different locations around Houston over the coming year. We will begin in New Living Bedroom on 19th in the Heights early next month. A celebration is in the works.
We hope you like it.
Kate DePara (EVENS) asked me to make a poster for Bodega. So I said "yes" and asked Josh Anderson to take a still life photo of things that will be sold at Bodega (which he did graciously and skillfully). Then I designed a poster using two fonts: one old and one new, and Josh's photograph. Julia Gabriel printed the posters at her dad's office and took a couple photos, which I used to make this animation.
I recently worked with Joshua Anderson and Julia Gabriel to create a look book for Julia Gabriel Studio's spring/summer line of bags. We spent a lot of time looking at the ULine catalog, scavenging for materials, group messaging and laughing. The results were rewarding. These are a few of my favorite images from the shoot.
